Gardy Matalbert Jr
My name is Gardy Matalbert Jr, and I’m a personal trainer on the Toussaint Training team.
I coach real people with real responsibilities. Parents, beginners, and anyone tired of starting over. My approach is simple and disciplined: show up, do the work, and stay consistent. No shortcuts. No gimmicks. Just the basics done the right way.
I focus on building strength, better movement, and habits that actually fit real life. Training shouldn’t take away from your family or your goals. It should make you better for them. My job as a coach is to help you build a body and mindset that lasts, not just looks good for a moment.
Do what you have to do so you can do what you want to do.

Emma Geiser
With a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education, Emma blends her passion for child development with the power of movement. She began her fitness journey in late October and quickly fell in love with how exercise uplifts, strengthens, and connects people, especially kids.
Emma is the lead coach for Kids’ Bootcamp, where she helps children build strength, confidence, and teamwork in a fun, supportive environment designed just for them. Her sessions are high-energy, playful, and rooted in intentional movement that supports both physical and emotional development.
Outside the gym, Emma enjoys kayaking, staying active with her two dogs, and of course everything exercise. She also brings a background in nursing, which adds an extra layer of care and awareness to everything she does in and out of the gym.
